Don't get us wrong, facility building and management company MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions has stellar, 100 percent paid medical and dental benefits -- but those barely scratch the surface of what the company offers its employees. We're super-impressed by the Wellness Program, which takes health benefits to a whole new level. Employees who sign up gain free membership to "The Mac," the on-site gym; twice-yearly biometrics testing to determine height, weight, BMI, glucose and cholesterol; WellQuit, a program designed to help employees quit smoking; and frequent "Lunch-n-Learns," where speakers hold lunchtime seminars on topics like nutrition and stress management. Alongside the Wellness Program is the "Maintain, Lose, not Gain" contest every winter, where employees are asked to maintain their weight between Thanksgiving Day and Super Bowl Sunday (and get a prize if they do).
