Boutique staffing agency Murphy & Associates sends IT contractors to Microsoft, Boeing and more than 20 other companies in the region. Contractors love them because unlike a lot of other staffing agencies, they're up-front about how much they're billing their clients for their services -- and making sure the contractor is the one getting the biggest piece of the pie.
The Kirkland-based agency also makes it a point to address all issues and questions as soon as they come up, being accessible and up-front from the beginning of a job to its end.
"Of the six agencies I've worked for in the area," one contractor said, "Murphy is by far the best. There are contracts like Microsoft I won't even consider unless I'm going through Murphy."
