There are offices in 31 countries, and the Elliott Bay headquarters is currently expanding into new digs next door. The payroll boasts a 40 percent rate of new hires through employee referrals -- which translates to a talented workforce that comes with a high level of quality and trust. They've made sure to keep the good times rolling as in the early days, though. It may not be 1999, but with spectacular views of Puget Sound, a game room and free beer on Fridays, F5 is definitely still partying.
