The Seattle Times Company jobs

Winners:

Company with most unusual perk(s)

Lest you think that only tech company execs get fancy perks, go talk to the hard workers at Pat's Plumbing. One employee was excited to tell about the company's free neck massages and free lattes. Another describes how "each summer our owners treat all employees and their families to a Mariners' baseball game." The Dave Syferd & Partners advertising/public relations group were coy about their perks (we did get one mention of "free milk") but based on their holiday party and office space votes, there's little doubt they're treated well. And F5 Networks lets its tech workers relax once a week with "free beer and food every Friday."

Honorable mention:

Vulcan, Inc.
When your boss is one of the world's richest men (Paul Allen) and he knows how to have fun, the sky is the limit to your perks. "How cool is it to fly in Paul's personal jet down to Portland for a court-side seat at a Blazer's game," boasts one employee. "The most unusual perk was getting a space penny ... one that was used for ballast on SpaceShipOne."
